Akcern AI is the product of a holding that has worked with Armenian real estate for over thirty years. This page is about the people, properties and work that stand behind the technology.
History
The holding was founded in 1993 in Yerevan — among the early institutional participants in the Armenian real-estate market, at a time when most transactions still occurred outside formal frameworks. The holding's president is Hakob A. Baghdasaryan. Over more than thirty years, we have built and accompanied projects across Yerevan and the regions: residential complexes, renovations, private houses. In 2024 we decided that what we know about real estate should become more widely available. Not only to our clients in our projects, but to everyone who buys, sells, builds, values or invests in Armenia. That is how Akcern AI was born — a product layer on top of everything we do as a holding. The layer is called 'AI' not because we have replaced our people with machines. It is called 'AI' because we use artificial intelligence as a tool that removes routine and frees our specialists for the work clients come to them for.

Team
The rest of the team cards are being prepared: head architect, head of legal, head of construction, investment adviser, editor-in-chief, and UX copywriter. Cards go live only after each person's consent and a portrait shoot to the approved brief — we would rather show seven real faces than forty anonymous ones.
What we build (as a holding) and what we do (as Akcern AI)
The holding continues to develop — building residential complexes, accompanying other developers' projects, investing in land. Akcern AI is a distinct arm of our work: it is infrastructure for everyone who engages with Armenian real estate, not only for our own projects. Through Akcern AI we hear from clients searching for an apartment in another developer's building, from developer-partners who want our AI assistant for their own sales, and from diaspora investors reading the market as a whole. These two sides operate in parallel. Development supplies Akcern AI with data and experience. Akcern AI extends our reach far beyond our own properties.
