Strictly necessary
These are not a choice — without them there is no working site. They are first-party and carry no advertising identifier.
- akcern_session — keeps you signed in. Set by our own server, HttpOnly.
- akcern.theme — remembers dark or light. Stays in your browser.
- akcern.consent — remembers this very decision. Without it we would have to ask you on every page.
- akcern.favorites, akcern_compare, akcern.recently_viewed — your shortlist, held in your browser.
Analytics
Off until you allow them. If you allow them, Google Analytics is loaded and sets its own cookies; before that, its script is never even requested.
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, distinguishes visitors. Up to 2 years, set by Google.
- akcern.analytics.sessionId — our own session marker, lives only until you close the tab.
- akcern.attribution.first — where you first arrived from. Written only with your permission.
Advertising
Off until you allow them. If you allow them, the Meta Pixel is loaded to measure which campaigns bring people here. Refusing does not hide any property from you.
- _fbp — Meta Pixel, links a visit to an ad campaign. Up to 3 months, set by Meta.
- fbclid, gclid — click identifiers that arrive in the address bar from an ad; we keep them only with your permission.
Changing your mind
Withdrawing is one click and takes effect immediately — the same weight as agreeing. Your browser settings can also clear or block storage entirely; the site keeps working either way.
