    We perform a market valuation using comparable sales from the past 6 months. This takes 3–7 business days and costs from AMD 80 000 depending on the property type; if you choose to sell through us, the valuation fee is credited against our commission.

  2. Marketing package.

    Professional photography, property write-up, legal summary, placement on our showcase and in partner channels.

  3. Working with buyers.

    We run negotiations, vet buyers, and prepare the paperwork.

  4. Transaction.

    Legal support, notarial registration, hand-over.

What if I don't want the property in the open catalogue?

That's the Elite tariff. The listing stays confidential and the property is shown to selected buyers.

I'm a non-resident — how do I sell remotely?

It's possible through a notarial power of attorney. The legal work is billed separately; pricing on /services/legal.
