The civil engineering team covers structural analysis, foundation design, and site engineering for residential and commercial projects. We coordinate directly with the architecture team so that structural and design decisions are made together, not in sequence. All structural designs comply with Armenian seismic codes and are reviewed by an independent structural engineer before construction begins.
