Akcern AI construction service is project management for construction or renovation. We work as general contractor and as technical supervision. We accompany the build from the first estimate to handover. Inside the service: estimate planning, contractor selection and control, materials procurement, technical and engineering supervision, time and quality control, handover and acceptance, warranty support.

How AI helps

AI helps at the planning stage: parses the specification, checks material prices against the market, spots inconsistencies in the estimate. During the build AI gathers photo reports from foremen into a single dashboard and flags schedule slippage. Real quality control is the engineer on site.

Team

The holding's construction team — our own chief engineer, two foremen, a tested contractor network by trade (electrics, plumbing, finishing, joinery). We can work as general contractor or as technical supervision over the client's contractor.

Price and timing

Technical supervision — from 1.5% of the estimate. General contracting — from 8% of the estimate (depending on complexity). Minimum project size — AMD 10M. Timing depends on volume; renovation of a 100 m² apartment — 3–5 months, a 250 m² house — 9–14 months.

When to engage

Before construction begins. If work is already underway and problems have appeared, it is too late. The right moment is when you have working drawings, or at least schematic ones, and need to turn them into a building.
